Me: Skinny 15-16 year old with minimal muscle and fat
2020- Jeff: older and even More muscular adult still with an athletic build.
Me: chubby 26-27 year old trying to fight the weight that only appeared when college started

Are you supposed to rest between each set for each exercise? And how long should I rest? And what about resting between every time you complete the entire workout?
Edited: Are you supposed to go through all the exercises and then go and do it all again for the second sets?

Jeff, I love watching all your videos and have learned so much. It was great to watch this first video, you have come a long way. I am really enjoying all of the creative AB exercises that you come up with. As a group exercise instructor I have used so many of your AB exercises for myself and my students. Keep them coming.

Its almost like a upper, lower, double, side flexion with a twist flexion..i added a 6th since i belive back exercise rounds out the abs for a strong core
