SCARY TOTAL BODY WORKOUT…The 10-31-10 Halloween Full Body Workout – ATHLEAN-X™

In the spirit of Halloween and the 10-31-10 date, I’ve put together a scary effective total body workout routine that is guaranteed to get your heart pumping, your shoulder and arm muscles burning, and your abs to light up like a pumpkin.

Speaking of pumpkins. We don’t need to use one for this video, but you’re more than welcome to if that’s all you’ve got. For this, a medicine ball of any weight will do.

You’re going to try and get as many rounds as you can of a variation of

– medicine ball woodchoppers, but this time done with a med ball shoulder carry to activate the core more.

– Witche’s Cauldrons which will fire up your biceps and shoulder muscles until they feel hotter than what’s in the pot.

– A crossover pushup variation that will crush your triceps and chest at the same time as it’s engaging your core and relying on its stability to prevent you from face planting on the med ball!

hey jeff, please make a workout on how to fill the gap in the middle of your two pectorals. I always seem to have that gap no matter what chest workouts i do.

jeff has a video that might help you, look for the chest incinerator video (spelling might be wrong) he target the very center of your chest using a pulley

@vegeta2030 i think thats because he keeps on coming up with the different ways to do the workout, it activates the muscles in his entire body different ways each time. u gotta trick the muscles to give it a treat.

just did this workout, really good, much harder than it looks!!! done 3 rounds, 1st and 3rd round with an 8k med ball and the 2nd round with a 5k med ball, my gym didnt have ones the size of the one your using though but was still very effective! thanks for making a great workout, i really enjoyed this 1, keep up the good work jeff, team athlean gonna take over the globe!

@mrtp5 Yep…these are definitely suitable for the conditioning workouts as long as you keep your circuits quick and the rest times to a minimum

i got a question. i have a really fast metabolism and i lose weight really fast like super fast. when i was body building i was able to gain weight but i had to gain some fat with it. is dere anyway i can gain lean muscle without gaining fat? cause everyone tells me i gada gain fat in order to gain mass

I like much these videos because they always have good ideas. I can´t go frequently to the gymnasium, I don´t have the time to do it. But thanks to these videos, I can continue exercising to me and most important, I can continue living healthily, so thanks Jeff for these videos and these amazing ideas

@BamBamBentley Sometimes you just have to laugh at the recommendations. "Sure, go ahead and live but whatever you do don't lift your arm above your shoulder". Good luck washing your hair or putting on a shirt! Crazy. There is something you can do and that is to follow a program that improves your RC strength at the same time that it helps to build a more stabile upper body. I feel AthLEAN-X does just this and will help you not only with the shoulders, but feeling better entirely.

Hey Jeff, you have some of the best stuff on youtube when it comes to fitness advice.  Quick question on this particular workout, on the push-ups, does the crossing foot touch the floor? or do you keep it elevated? one can't see whether if it lands or not.

Jeff, as always Thanks! quicky off topic. If you feel alittle sluggish to go in for a workout, can you just do max reps w/ light weights for the entire workout? Or do I still need to go light, heavy, light, heavy etc…?

In my gym I don’t have that med ball, but I will use the small boxing bag for the first 10/10 exercise, then I will use a 10KG plate for the 31 reps and for the last set of 10/10 I will use the plate on a barbell. I like it
