In one of your videos you talk about the dangers of doing triceps dips but not you have someone doing it
totally unrealistic. this would only work if the gym is empty. just imagine having to go to each station and hogging equipment, how the others would react.

I just did shoulder press, weighted dip, tri pushdown, weighted chin, bent over row, hammer curl. Quite satisfying. You can move big weights because it's just warm up and then go. Fifteen hard minutes on the stairmaster, and out the door. A lot of benefit in a short period of time.
The problem with curling and pressing a plate is progression. A French press tri-bar, taking the "hammer" hand position works quite well.

This circuit workout is done 2-3x with no rests and 12 reps.
1) Cable incline press 1:46 superset with low cable cross 2:20
2) hyperextension with W plate raise 3:20
3) Plate curl with press 3:50
4) Plank tucks opposite side 5:00
5) bench dips 6:00
6) Single leg Romanian deadlift, with bench step up 6:20
