actually know because everyone have abs but they show more if you have less body fat. so the more you get toned the more they show(including that you do ab work outs)

Just bought your program, looked it over and it looks great. couldn't pass up the free lifetime bonus'. Definitely worth the money.

Some more videos/information on fat burning routine to get rid of that problem area around the lower abs, for us older guys just starting out.

Also…more info on nutrition phases…ie, bulking vs. fat burning phases would be nice.
