@marianabz2002 Well I did have a problem with my knees about 2 years ago when I tore my MCL's, both. But I don't have any problems with them anymore. Being 17 I don't have any other knee problems.
@BrollyKillsU same as me i hv old injury and 12 years later i did some climbing wall and i end up having a begining of artritis .what do i mean be carefull take care ur knees dont put to much stress on ur knees bcz u will end up later to take glucosamine and condroitin (knees vitamine)

I admire how detailed you are..awesome workouts, however If i did this at the gym, people would laugh at me…this is why I beleive that you dont need the gym to be in shape…your workouts are intense I love them!
@sakin81 Completely agree! Your typical hard gainer spotted me doing a workout from Athlean, caught him smirking out the corner of my eye in the gym. Guess you just need to rise above it and accept that people are too scared to be different even If it is better.
Seen him on his precious leg press machine after my HIIT (these things are a joke) and after he had finished I told him to keep his 340 on, added 100kg and pumped out 5 reps.

@SpC93 I second that notion. And another thing about HIIT, you'll get much better legs because your resisting gravity as well using your own bodyweight to travel. It actually activates fast twitch muscles and fast twitches look bigger, and perform better(in most athletic events anyway other than long distance). I always tell people that you can get moderaly ripped off pushups, situps, HIIT, and a good diet. But people for some reason refuse to believe it.

@JDCav24 can you tell me what you eat and when pls ! cuz i'm trying to lose weight and get ripped (or at least a little bit ) for summer holidays. and also what are the best home exercises to lose weight really quickly while building muscle at the same time. i'm really motivated sogive me the most effective exercises even if they're hard !

So you do these everyday? I wanna do these for like a month to get a good start at total body strength. I feel like I need a different training program I am bored of going to the gym.
No this 1 or 2 times a week with 48 hours at least to recuperate. Buy the program, i did and i am on my way to reach a 6 pack very soon!

as an "improvement" to the mountain climbers, instead of laying your hand to the floor, could we hold a medicine ball – or even a sport ball (football, soccer, rugby)?
I really hope you answer cause you never do, my question is very simple, I tried long ago workouts which have very high reps like this and it increased my endurance but never made me bigger, are you really sure a workout like this can build muscle ? I just follow you and wish to purchase all your programs cause I think you are amazing, if you can explain it a bit more many people will be thankful 🙂
