I started sweating right after the warm-up
I have a problem doing seal pushups, so I usually substitute it with burpees or spider planks- is that ok?
Just need to say that I’ve been doing this every alternate day since the beginning of 2019 AND I HAVE A CONSPIRACY THEORY that Daniel did that extra mountain climber on PURPOSE! 🕵🏾♂️

Lol those Burpees are not full. You need to Pushup and jump at the top. I liked the workout! Raised my HR a lot. Burpees are my enemy and I was happy when I finished,
remember a shorter video doesn't mean it's easier, it just means less breaks!
Short and quick but very effective and intense!! Just what I needed! #homeworkout
