Two of the biggest staple exercises of any “shoulder workout” are “front and side delt raises”. The reason being is that they are effective for targeting the particular head of the deltoid and developing shoulder strength and size. That said, the fact that both have to be done individually means that you are extending your workout longer than it has to be….at least now with AthLEAN-X you won’t have to keep doing this! You can now do front and side delt training at once!

@blueleaf1717 i thought he'd be heavier he seems taller than me by at least 2 inches n a lot more moscular im 150 also barely any body fat but thanks for the reply

great exercise! what is your take on training your weak points–particularly shoulders? for example, should you incorporate more frequent shoulder workouts into your routine, more excersizes…?

this guy obviously went through ONE bulk, and then kept his muscle at where it's at through working out with his plan. no one is going to get big as him with his meal plan and workout schedule. u need to simply bulk and cut and then u will look like him. THEN u can do his athleanx

Medial means closer to the midline of the body…. for example, the nipples are more medial than the shoulders. IF we were to call any of the three heads medial, it would be the anterior deltoid.

Which model Tuff Stuff Smith Machine is jeff using. As, I need the lateral bench press bar. That I saw him attaches to this machine during a workout. Were can I purchase it from what model machine is he using???
