I have to do the last exercise (full plank fly) without my weights and only use my arm weight to get through it. Can't even do one rep with my weights!
Used this to boost my calorie burn after a hiit video. Really nice way to end that, and still just under an hour!

So I need advice, I’m doing a calorie deficit aiming to loose weight but don’t know if I’m doing it right , I eat around 1300 aday and atleast 200 cals burnt walking and a small workout like this about 2 days a week , I’m 135lb and 5ft5 aiming to loose 15lb . Is this okay
Why are ads playing in the middle of intervals all of a sudden? This never happened before, and it's really distracting.
Great workout. Recently it's started being interrupted by ads in the middle of the sumo squats, making them much longer sets! Would be lovely if it went back to ads at the start and end as it used to be…

I know this is an old video, but could you stop the ads or something? They appear in the middle of the workout and you have to wait for them to finish to continue. Ruins the momentum and is quite annoying. Thanks!
