I am 24 year old 5' 9" tall and 82kg my bd fat % is around 18 how can i ripped down to 5 % mah i know how to split mh macro and how to diet it out successfully

To emphasize on the yoga practice, i think most guys would be surprised by how demanding it is. Specially in Ashtanga, not only doing the poses but keeping the transitions fluid is a really really cool and intense practice, and also you learn a lot of "energy plug" techniques.

Jeff – my impression from other videos are that cycling of creatine is not necessary and that 5g may be taken regularly.  However in this video, v. Kre-Alkalyn, you suggest it does. Please clarify and as always thank you for the vid.

Hi Jeff, Id really like to hear what you think about pre workout nutrition for staying lean, but early in the morning. Do you have a suggestion for effective nutrition first thing in the morning that won't take too long to digest? I like to get to my workout within 30mins to an hour from when I wake up.

Hello from greece!
I am on a weight loss diet. And i eat 5 meals a day.
Once or twice a week, my job shift changes and i have to sleep for 4 hours, wake up at 5, so i eat my breakfast then. At around 8:30 i eat a second breakfast. Overall, to keep my eating habits, I have to eat 6 meals those days.
I was wondering if I have to spread my daily calorie goal across those 6 meals, or if me being awake for 4 more hours, gives me a bigger basal metabolic rate those days so I can eat a little bit more to keep the same deficit. Thank you

Hi Brother I want to ask you a question its been 1 month I have Joined Gym and I have not lost any weight but I am loosing fat ,
Here my workout :
Alternate cardio and weight training.
Cardio :
1. 15 min treadmill 2 km
2. Staircase Climbing machine for 9 min 1 km.
3. Step up for 5-10 min.
4. Jump rope 400 each day , after 60 jumps 30 sec rest.
5. Abs workout.
6. Burpees 3 types and 1 min rest after 12 reps.

Weight training :
Full body beginnier training with push ups, squats and all other basic gym excercise.

I want to know since it's been 4 week , am I Going right ? Or I should change something ?
I am good at dieting and someday in a week I eat little over than calorie deficiency.
So please Reply Sir. 😁

I started Athlean x 1 and I am 15 and have been stuck at 175 for about a year training to my nutrition plan has been healthy but it is hard to eat with school with limited windows for eating I know I have to eat every 2.5 to 3 hours any tips appreciate it .

I have been doing the shed while hubby is doing the build.
I am doing alarm level 1, but feel I can do alarm level 2, the only think holding me back is pull ups and push ups. I just cant do them and God have I tried lol. Can I swap those two exercises to alarm level 1, then the others do at alarm level 2?
