Forced to take a break from FB. Injured the extensor tendons in my left foot. Can't do any workout till its healed 🙁 Will miss my daily FB routine. In 3 days I gained 3 kgs…this is driving me crazy. How can you gain weight so fast…any recommendations FB?

Im gonna keep my diary here and post every time i do this workout. I planned doing this 3 times a week.
Day 1: did the workout for 11 minutes but still better than nothing.
How can people do this with only one hand?
Well I got to the oz jumps and then had to call it. Which sucks because I used to be able to do your 40-50 minute HIIT workouts no problem! I still work out 2-4 times a week but it’s just strength training. I’ve been needing to incorporate cardio and HIIT back in and get to where I used to be. So here’s to progress! No matter how big or small!

Discovered your channel and realized that I don't need to be going to the Gym as often as before cause this is so practical and gets the job done quite efficiently at home. Wow, this kicked my butt, again! And I did low impact version of quite a few exercises too…
had a surgery and almost couldn't move without feeling pain for 3 to 4 months so i'm getting back in shape! i really need this, not only because of my body but my anxiety is extremely bad and doing exercise makes me feel a bit better. 16 of december 2021, today is the day i'm starting! gotta say i'm only 10 min in and im already dying 😭 but it will be worth it
