Do you guys have any suggestions for how you should balance workouts with flexibility training? I find that the more times I do a cardio/toning routine, I start to get stiffer, especially in the legs. Also it's one of my goals, to be more flexible as well as being fitter. Oh, also, I've set myself up so I'm doing one of your routines everyday of the week, and then having the weekend off, but I feel like I should be doing something on those days as well. Should I do something light, or do I not need to feel guilty about not doing anything? Thanks
Please help. I don't have any money for the equipment needed for strength training and gym membership is beyond my budget. I've already got the HIIT cardio going 3 times a week. When and how do I implement strength training if I have no equipment?
