Would it be possible if youngsters could talk to you like this because to be honest I can only work at home as I have GCSEs right now and my parents told me not to focus on gym right now. Is there a way I could personally talk to you about questions and the best exercises to do to get a better body fat percentage and better muscle definition etc? At around 10:30 they said you can maybe shove a fruit post-workout. Research shows that fructose stays at the liver and gets stored as fat, rather than readily replenishing muscle glucose.

hurling is a super brutal sport. you should check it out, it is sort of like shinty or lacrosse
