This was a great workout! I just discovered mixed workouts like HIIT+Strength and that is what I need, as my pulse gets too high by only doing HIIT. Please do total body HIIT+ Strength 🙂

I did this workout a few weeks ago but I had a lot of trouble with my knees, so only 3/4 of the exercises were done.
I used my elasticated knee bandages today and managed to do the workout and thanks even though it's tough on the legs.
