I had bicep surgery a few years back. Make sure you take your post op pain killers on the time schedule or a little bit earlier than the prescription recommends. I learned the painful way that you don’t want them wearing off.

The only thing is from now on you just got to be cautious with that bicep, possibly might take a year to fully recover, but from the looks of it, it's a partial tear. Should recover fully within a year span! Good luck man

Im 260 pounds mass and body fat. Im interested to follow your alpha shred program due to the fact gyms are shut down due to the coronavirus. I’m enjoying the body weight and athletic content. I’m doing these workouts in combination with my dumbbells and kettlebells. This quarantine has actually got me back to doing the workouts I did when I was younger playing sports . Banging heavy weights in the gym and doing bike rides and sleds is great but it gets stale and boring after a while. This is a great change of pace. I’m excited to see if this will actually make be stronger when we get back to the gym.

@MikeRashid you need some more footage to follow up on these work outs for people with bicep injuries, one arms, rehab without surgery etc. Looking at this topic I've heard and learnt a lot. More common than most would think. Also a while your making those videos.. it would be interesting to get a video on you doing something simple around meditation. I mean its meant to be simple, right… well simple as not doing nothing, but hard in trying to mot do nothing I guess for some. But put a bit of voiceover on it.. if you know what I mean. One up to get the Power up.
