Looks like a great move can't wait to try it…i already use the bicep move (with both arms on smith machine) but never thought to add tricep follow through.

After you've trained your arms i think it will be fine El……apart from that if one did fatigue just fatigue the other movement -also – he's using his body to rotate so can change how he levers his body to finish the set
