The first few mins were tough on my thighs but it got better in the second half

I know I did this workout at my own risk… but I’ve had knee pain in both knees for over a year now and this was the last workout I did. It turned out to be too high impact for me. If I could go back in time I’d be a lot more careful with these at-home workouts. Guys, seriously, be kind to your joints. Too much jumping and squatting or any repetitive movement can have horrible consequences. Once your joints start to hurt, it’s sooo difficult to go back to normal. Otherwise, you might really suffer one day 🙁 like me, and I’m still in my 20s for God’s sake. I can’t walk without pain anymore, not to mention squatting or kneeling. Physical therapy doesn’t seem to help. Trying dry needling at the moment because I’m running out of options. 🙁 this has been the most depressing year of my life.
