I currently work in an office full time during the week and create a lot of art sat down in my spare time, so quick little energy burst exercises like this are great to benefit my muscles after sitting for so long and are great to elevate my mood when I haven't got enough spare time for a full work out.

I love it how Loki doesn't move at all. When i do my abs routine my 2 dogs put their head on my belly and they look me straight In the eyes as they are telling me "stop this and put your hands on our head"

No offense, but i typed in "beginners cardio workout for energy" and she doesn't even show how to do the move before she starts going real fast and I twist a muscle and sit down…. Thanks to Loki I could at least keep up with someone in the video.

Great workout for waking myself up! I sit for long periods of time, as I'm learning web development, and I find after about 30 minutes or so, I start to get very sleepy, so I have to stand up and get my blood pumping. I'm always looking for short little 5 minute, no sweat workouts to just get the blood pumping and wake myself back up. This one is great! Thank you so much!
