I absolutely love glut activation exercises!! They are SO necessary though, often overlooked. Thank you for addressing this ever growing need. I would love to see some of these activation moves Incorporated in the warm ups for the lower body routines.

I did this right after a strength training routine and it's a fantastic burnout.
It looks easy but if you make a few modifications, this can be really hard and effective.
Probably one of my favorite workouts. Tysm kelli this wasn’t hard on my body at all but still felt like I worked up a good sweat and feel relaxed at the same time

Kelli, this was fantastic. I've purchased several of your ebooks and plans, but the stress and demands of virtual teaching have caused the SPD from my last pregnancy to flare back up, and so I haven't been able to do much with those. With this I was definitely working, but without the pain and fear of doing more damage to my pelvis. Thank you so much for all you both do!

Wow, thank you so much! I am so grateful for the way you guided us to mindfully move and focus on the breath. I was feeling pretty down on myself / negatively toward my body, and found that I was almost approaching the exercise as a punishment…. which never feels good. It was wonderful to just slow down and enjoy the sensations of the movement. Thank you again
Loved it!! I haven't been able to workout my lower body because of bad knees. This workout was free of lunges, squats or jumps. Can you please do more easy on knees workouts?

I am just recovering from a knee injury (it was a light injury,only 2 months recovery, with no training at all) felt really down….but this work out is the one that got me back in the game…and motivated me to start again.Thank you for all the hard work you do! ❤️
