That workout felt really awesome! I loved her tip about breathing out at the hardest point and in at the easier point of a move! I normally do the tank top arms 1 and 2, but thought this would be a switch, I think I pre the 10 minute sets, but this was great too. Love all the Fitness Blenders!

How often we should do this workout routine to see results
This is my go to get back at it Monday workout always recharges me
got my vaccine about a week ago. Stopped strength exercises for just several days. Now it feels like I'm a beginner. I have no strength
