Every single one of these are horrible for your back in the long run. Find a pull up bar and do hanging knee/leg raises, planks or high cable crunches.

Mike is leaning out, you can tell he's boxing. I tell ppl all the time, if you box and keep lifting to a minimum, you will be in the best shape of your life. Try to combine that with a lil wrestling or JUDO and you can go the distance man. I'm 32 and I have a planet fitness membership for weights @ $10/mo. ( twice a week-both days, full body workout @ 10-15 reps for 3-4 sets) naval seals, burpees, pull/chinups, pushups, leg presses, hammerstrength squats, hammerstrength incline bench, dips, standing dumbell overhead press, hamstring curls, kettlebells lunges, seated back rows-both over and underhand, while jump roping for 30 seconds in between all these workouts twice week. Boxing membership at $70/mo, that includes unlimited classes ( I go 3 times a week). To include sparring on Saturdays. This is The ole skool sweet science, aka: the original HIIT, before it was coined and marketed as HIIT. Judo twice a week @ $30/mo. C'mon man a $110/mo investment on your life, is worth it. I don't have any off days. Overtraining like your in prison and the body will adapt. Like the other mike said (Michael jai white), chisel in and not bulk out. Depends on your fitness goals. I do all of this, while working full time and I am a single father of a 10 year old daughter who also does Judo, she doesn't wanna do boxing just yet, lol. No excuses. Been following you a while Mike, great content and your an inspiration, keep up the good work King.

Just to help out, moving legs are not for abs. Abs "Rectus Abdominis" are not attached to the legs. Moving legs can't shorten and lengthen the AB's. Ab's are attached to the ribs/sternum and the Hip/pubic. The Crunch is ONE of only 2 ways you can contract abs. And they would be more effective if they were done in a Full Range Of Motion, too. When moving legs, the ab's only engage as a Stabilizer, not a primary mover. All Ab's images show that they are not attached to the legs. A hundred hears of people repeating moves that are not for abs. Fitness Expert Marco

Mike I've always had trouble losing belly fat. Eating right, cardio, and ab exercises havent really worked out. Love handles are hard to get rid of. Sauna sessions 20 min. At a time ain't doin it. Can you make a video on any suggestions? Thanks bro.
