Yes on workout music being notoriously bad. I work out in our living room, and the hardest part is my husband rolling his eyes at bad music or singing along obnoxiously. So thanks for the quiet! I like it.

I love these quick upper body workouts when I am doing a lot of desk work! I have weaker upper body vs. my lower, and I quickly get rounded shoulders and a hurting upper back if I don't do any kind of exercise for a while. After this workout I feel an improvement in my posture right away. Thanks for making these accessible, quick and fun!

Hi guys, I'm finally ready to start doing some light workouts. I have reached an age where my tummy needs a bit of help. I've had a few children and didn't have the time to work on myself but now I do. As they say it's never too late! Can you leave me a link to some beginners exercises I can try that aren't going to kill me or put me off lol. I want some for my legs as they seem to have got a little bigger and my tummy needs to go down. I'm not asking for it to go completely but a little flatter would be fantastic. Hope you guys can help! Thank you. ❤❤
