FB Strong quick facts:
– Workouts videos range between 33-43 minutes (37 minutes on average)
– Workouts are 5 days a week with an optional 6th day recovery workout that focuses on flexibility
– This is a total body program
– Great for building muscle, burning fat, toning, and boosting endurance, strength, flexibility, coordination and more
– All you need is dumbbells

Hey guys I am 14 and I absolutely love your videos, I have heard that younger people around my age shouldn't be working out as its hard on you body, is this a myth? I would hate to think I couldn't work out, thinking of purchasing a HIIT programme, thanks!!

I have a question for you guys if you don't mind. When I do butt kickers I can't get my foot to touch my butt, am I just lacking flexibility? I have naturally muscular legs, I thought maybe that was the case, but I'm not sure. Thank you! You two have effected my life drastically, and your such an amazing gift. Thanks again!

Fitness Blender thank you so much for your videos! I have two littles at home and its nearly impossible to get to the gym unless I find childcare. I have been doing a variety of your videos and really enjoy them. I have carpal tunnel and would love a HIIT workout that doesn't require the plank position. Would you be able to do a video for people with sensitive wrists?

Love your dog, too cute! And of course, love y’all. Fitness Blender has transformed my life, period. Have lost 1 inch in the torso area, arms, legs, butt are toned and I have confidence in my body again. Thank you for all you do. My favorite workouts are those combining the advanced HIIT with strength training. My only suggestion would be to have the strength training portion be more focused with more reps, weights, etc on the target area, ie, Advanced 30 minute HIIT with a 20-25 minute on the defined target area. Again, thank you two for the inspiration. You are changing lives! Definitely changing mine.
