I started having pain in the lower back towards the middle of the workout. I had to stop using the weights to complete the workout. Otherwise a great challenging workout.

hi daniel, that was a very nice workout. i have a concern though: i did the deadlifts without any weight and with a flat back and clean form. but instead of my glutes i felt them very much in my lower back. what is that about? did i do anything wrong?

I was frustrated about 2/3 of the way through when I realized that dumbbells really are not optional at all for this video. (I had assumed going in that optional meant they would add a little extra weight to an exercise that really didn't need them, but the dumbbell-involved exercises definitely did for anyone who was in decent shape.)

Really appreciate your videos in general. Hope this is constructive feedback!

This one sneaks up on you! Looks quite easy on the paper but is equally hard to actually do it 🙂
Did low impact version of the HIIT but lifted heavier weights. Sweat pouring and I am huffing and puffing as I type this. Going to feel it in my glutes tomorrow 😀

I appreciate it that you guys put a countdown in the video during cool down. I always listen to music when working out and usually mute the workout video. So I usually miss the part where you have to switch positions 😀

I have not worked out in months, so I decided to start with this workout video. I legit almost died. Instead of taking it easy, I jumped back in like a maniac and pushed my body to the limit. I got so light headed and dizzy.,.. but I finished 😉 (Toda muerta pero lo hice)

This is one of my favourite lower body workouts, a great blend of HIIT and strength. Most mornings I am not pumped to be jumping through a 30 minute HIIT routine and the ABAB format for this HIIT is perfect.
