Ahhhhhhhh you guys, I am SOOOO excited, because I just launched my first ever full line of booty bands on POPFLEX!!! I am OBSESSED with them because they come in 3 levels of intensity – light, medium & heavy – so you can always adjust your workouts! Plus, they’re made of fabric, which is just way comfier than the rubber ones.

Today I’m gonna show you how you can use them to do a full body workout! Each move will be 1 minute on, 15 seconds off.

So I do not consider myself a beginner in a workout setting, and this workout kicked my booty (literally)

I used a heavy band for the whole workout, except the raises and archers, but my booty is going to fall off! Cas is my favorite “trainer” because she’s positive! I did this yesterday and will keep it in my YouTube rotation to do with my weights! Loved. This.

I LOVE doing archery!!! I only pull a 25 lb. bow; you may have had trouble because it was too many pounds. When I took archery in college, we had to get a certain number of points at each distance to get our grade. I only had to go to class half the time because I was able to shoot well!
My grandfather was a plumber for MGM studios. When they learned he could shoot a bow and arrow, he was moved to special effects. He taught the native American characters how to shoot (or at least stand like they were shooting) for the movies. In the OLD film, Broken Arrow, with Jimmy Stewart, he did ALL the archery work; when you see arrows flying, it was him off camera. There are several shots of a Native American (from the back) bending over and shooting; that's him!

Dear Future Grass, I didn't do this video with bands because I don't have any. When we worked out our upper body, I used 8 pound weights and did lower body without equipment. My booty STILL got a burn but my upper body….not so much.I think Cassey has better workouts for us out there simply because this requires bands.

First time I use my new booty bands from Popflex active… wow, really nice, quite a change from the rubber ones I used to have… too bad I didn’t have matching bands for my black marble mat, but it still made the job for the workout… 💪😎

my fave meal at In N Out is an animal style burger w/o sauce and sub ketchup, fries, and a choc milkshake (or a pink lemonade)! Love this new workout with my Tropicana booty bands and my Lily mat!
