The most fun lower body routine. Why 2 sets and not 3, though? For the strength part. Isn't 3/4 sets the only options for strength /hypertrophy?

Kelli, I want to thank you for these videos – they're easy to follow and they make it more like that I'll exercise since I don't have to figure out what reps to do. I also want to say that this has helped pull me from an episode of depression. Being able to push through the hard bits has helped remind me that I am resilient and I can do this!
