This workout is perfect. Great warmup and cooldown. The instruction was informative and concise. It is so nice to do a strength workout that is not moving so fast, just focusing on the work that needs to be done. Well done.

Should be showing the low impact option first as it comes way too late and everyone can do the low impact one then switch to the higher impact when shown. Just a suggestion.

Another great exercise, but still not the best audio quality.
Please tell us the pounds I am not familiar with kilos…It is also helpful if you always start by telling us what you consider medium high etc. and what weight you are using…so I can gage what is good for me.Thanks for explaining the correct postures and modifications…Keep up your excellent way guiding us.
