Mike I don't have a membership yet, however there is a gym inside the complex where I stay but they don't have a bar nor plates. My question is, can it be done dumbbells? If so, will it has the same effect/results as the bar?

Hey mike, I have a question. I’ve been following the meal plan that you have for me. I’ve been following the workouts, and at the end of my workouts I do stair master for about 30 min and burn about 330 calories. I’ve noticed one I added this at the end of my workout I’ve been getting more hungry. Do I have to start eating more or is it normal to feel this way?
Been doing legs, shoulders and arms the same day for years, works well for me, easy transition to various exercises to hit those body parts.
