Tell me one thing can you do same lunges when you hold 83kg weight , because lunges are so difficult for 80kg person 😭😭.

I walk 1 hour and bike 1 hour every day with two days off. I've lost 18 lbs since end of June. ❤️ I don't do anything yoga because I have heard of yoga farts. No thanks. 😂😂😂😂😂 But whatever anyone wants to do, do it. If you do anything funny, record it so we all can laugh with you.
Edit: I'm down 24 lbs. I'm 41 lbs away from my goal.
