Dear Future Grass, I feel that after doing level 3 arms about 3 times, this video is a RELIEF! However, it was pretty hard to resist taking extra breaks. Walking around as you do the workout helps.

I have a lot of things I'm limited in physically because of my back, but I found if I'm sitting, I can work my arms pretty mercilessly, lol. I'm getting married in April, and despite being more active and trying to have a caloric deficit every day, I stay inside this four pound box I'm usually in, and it's driving me nuts. But I know at least I"m eating better, being more active, and building some strength, so it's not like it's all for nothing.
My plan is to have an off the shoulder wedding gown (my late mother loved my collarbones; one snapped when I was born and she always said they gave me 'a strong foundation, an elegant carriage'), but I want my arms to be a bit more toned for that; I don't want to look at photos and think my arms look chubby. 🤷🏻♀️ I feel like I should have more than enough time, but after not losing more than three and a half pounds during six weeks of working out, eating better, and eating fewer calories, I'm a little… unsure of myself. The good thing about this workout is that even if my results are less than ideal, or delayed, it's fun. That'll help me keep at it, even if I start getting frustrated. That way, no matter how I look in my wedding dress, I'll know I did what I could, and I'll feel proud.

Can't finish the whole 1 1/2 mins per workout. I always start at 1:00 per workout and Cassey is even talking while doing this? And with so much energy? 😂😂😂 While me, I'm totally out of breath 😅😅

Useless and ineffective exercises. If your goal is pass time while feeling 'productive' during quarantine, i totally recommend these workouts

edit:AYYEEEEE did itt, it wasn't that hard OTHER than those damn kneeling moves HOLY GUACAMOLE my arrrmmmmsss AND THAT BICEP PUSH LORDDDDDDDD. my goal next time i do this is to keep my arms up the entire time. it may take a few tries but ILL GET IT ONE DAYYY
