Quick question: are there any low-impact ab workouts someone with diastis recti can do? As in… planking puts a lot of pressure on the yet unrecovered muscles and such 🙈
It's a shame that the wheel kept giving repeats. I was excited to try some of the other Ariel inspired moves you so carefully created. Bring on Part 2!!

Or even something like:
Water: a yoga or pilates with water-bending inspired moves
Fire: HIIT ??
Earth: A HIIT/pilates with earth-bending inspired moves
Air: yoga-inspired/recovery exercises
Metal: A workout with dumbbells??
Just an idea!! It'd be awesome to see and do it 🥰

Dear Future Grass, this video is literally soooo adorable! It's one of the many reasons why I love Cassey's workouts. She's been on this platform for years but continues to do really exciting concepts. I felt like an excited puppy or child when I watched her spin the spinner, waiting to see if we'd have to do more plank jacks or it'd be something different.

Funny how you mentioned that some of us prefer burpees to plank jacks! I did the plank jacks the first time, but the second time, I noped out, then remembered that comment. So I did burpees the second time!
