Great work out did that while gym was shut down. Started off with 275 ended up doing it with 315 in 8 sets.

I'm a huge fan young blood! I'm 52 and I've increased my bench by 50 to 60 lbs since Covid started in march, benching at home. I'm hoping to get to 405 at least once by summer 2021
