Today we are hitting the booty hard!! I find isolating the glutes much better for growing my butt so I thought I’d share this with you!!
Here’s the workout!!
– Warm up side lateral walks 2 x 15 both sides
– Warm up banded donkey kicks 2 x 15 each side
– Warm up hip abduction 2 x 15 each leg
– Superset x 3 : Hip thrusts x 10, Raised Hip abductors x 10, Lowered Hip Abductors x 10
– Leg Lifts 3 x as many as possible
– Plank Walks 3 x 20m
– Walking reverse plank 3 x 20m
– Seated Hip Flexor leg lifts 3 x10
– Glute push ups 4 x 10-12
– Bulgarian Split Squat 3 x 10 each leg
– Ab rollouts 3 x 12
– Superset x 4: Seated hip abductor with band x 10, standing hip abductor x 10
Stretch and warm down!!

Just finished this and let me tell ya– MY GLUTES ARE TOASTED! 🔥I love that you give your all in every rep. You gave me the confidence to really up my weight even if I make the most horrible effort faces. 😂
I finished this with my staple quad/hamstring exercises and banded sumo squat jumps + weighted jumping lunges as a burnout and this turned out to be one of the most fun/epic workouts. Love love love this thank you so much! ❤️

Love this workout!! Do you have any tips on how to do the glute push-ups that you did on the smith machine? Mine always gets caught on the stopper things and it's hard to do a full rep… hopefully that makes sense 😉

How does one do those hip flexor lifts ?? No matter how hard I flex or try, I can't lift my legs off the ground when I sit like that … :0

Come on girls stop putting your trainers or feet on the smith machine. Not very good for hygiene for other people using it with their hands.
I wonder.. why the resistance bands with the hip abductor? Wouldn't increasing the weight on the machine have the same effect? I.e. increased hip abduction resistance.
This made me sweat so hard that when I looked at the workout again in the middle of this, a bead of sweat literally dropped and pressed a button on my phone

do you have any alternatives for at home workouts?
I have the opposite problem – my gym has bands, but it doesnt have the abductor/adductor machine, which makes getting the full range of motion in that position difficult with just bands
