Where is Benji?
I always find my hands in the right place for down dog but when I transition to chatarunga I never seem to have them in the right place. Any tips?? Loved this challenge for a newbie like me.
Thank you, so helpful
Thank you, Adriene! You have kept me sane, in-shape, and developed my yoga practice during this social distancing, quarantine lockdown.
Holy cow! Not sure why,but my body absolutely said now to the chest and chin part…haha
https://youtu.be/D9587eOYizA awesome
Please make video on murghasana
When do you go from tucking your pelvis to arching your lower back and kind of sticking out the butt when going from downward dog to chatarunga?
idk what just happened but my back feels better than it has since I was a teen… also, I am old.
Idk why but she reminds me of a older version of Penny from the movie Bolt ^^;
Excellent! Thank you 🙏🏼
Thank you, Adriene! ♥️
That was a real work out. I feel tired and I’m breathing heavy. This is wonderful. Thank you so much. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Here at 2021, I’m taking up this exercise.
I love this kind of video so much for me to learn the basic foundation to gain more benefit to every yoga move and pose and to avoid injury. This is such a wondeful all time video. Very berief about the position of the neck, spine, arms, leg, rotation, look.. everything. Do you make such video for all basic yoga pose? Thank you so much, Adriene. 💖
think I heard you saying ´Woaah… Made it!! Spill your guts everywhere´ about a hundred times (can't get to befriend chaturanga) but it makes me laugh every single time. 🙂
Careful; for full Chaturanga Dandasana I would add that elbows should stay over wrists and shoulders should not come lower in height than the elbows or you might risk injury to shoulders/elbows.
Here in 2021🙈🙈
Love this! 2021 and still watching :).
very well explained
Yoga yoga yoga before a big trip and hike tomorrow
Huh! I made it (chest to mat) @ 11:35. LOL LOVE me some Adriene
