I always find my hands in the right place for down dog but when I transition to chatarunga I never seem to have them in the right place. Any tips?? Loved this challenge for a newbie like me.

When do you go from tucking your pelvis to arching your lower back and kind of sticking out the butt when going from downward dog to chatarunga?

I love this kind of video so much for me to learn the basic foundation to gain more benefit to every yoga move and pose and to avoid injury. This is such a wondeful all time video. Very berief about the position of the neck, spine, arms, leg, rotation, look.. everything. Do you make such video for all basic yoga pose? Thank you so much, Adriene. 💖

think I heard you saying ´Woaah… Made it!! Spill your guts everywhere´ about a hundred times (can't get to befriend chaturanga) but it makes me laugh every single time. 🙂

Careful; for full Chaturanga Dandasana I would add that elbows should stay over wrists and shoulders should not come lower in height than the elbows or you might risk injury to shoulders/elbows.
