It was such a soothing practice to come home to, after spending the day at a family gathering and heavy meals. Today's scheduled practice was such a right fit! I feel much lighter now, physically and mentally. Thank you for the yummy practice Adriene 🙏

Day 10 of December ❤️🙏🏼 I also woke up this morning to my cat no longer earth side so today has been a very emotional day but I always look forward to my daily yoga with you Adriene.
Another perfectly-timed practice 🙂 Today my eating habits were at a very low point, the worst of this past week. Doing this practice, though, helped 🙂 I also got to appreciate runner’s lunge fully for the first time! What an underrated pose! I hope everyone has a sweet day today😊

Balance, day 10. It's 4.30AM here, I've had 5 drinks & once we closed the card games with my family, I decided to get on the mat no matter the drunkenness. It was indeed wobbly, but still great. Good night to you all!

A few days behind this month? Or right on time!? Thank you!
Loved the yoga class, thanks for the structure. Only one thing I disagreed with…”when you feel happy inside, you will look beautiful outside”. A supermodel could be beautiful outside but toxic inside, and a nun or monk might be beautiful inside by ragged outside. A person with cancer or illness isn’t necessarily ugly outside. What about rephrasing it to say “if you feel beautiful inside, you’re more likely to find beauty outside in the world”.
My 19th YWA session – loved it. I'm putting a comment on the ones I have done so far. It is now the 21st of December which means I'm always a full month in with yoga every day!
Merry Christmas I just did a yoga session with my beautiful Grandchildren in Phoenix and they loved it.
