@FPSIceraven You should consume 15g-25g of protein and 30g of carbs post workout. Try either a protein shake or chocolate milk works well too.

how much kcal and fat do you actually burn doing this workout twice a day

If you keep a high intensity then you could burn 250 per workout, so 500 for both.
