I Dont know what to say. Im happy to see this. For a long time I have been watching MMA and brock lesnar always inspired me.

On their website you can watch a great free video explaining the best way to pack on visible muscles fast while eliminating body fat at the same time. Chris and many other guys had amazing success by using this methodology. Hopefully it will work for you as well.

the reason your friend who isnt doing much excerccises have six pack is because they have High metabolism you can speed it by drinking a lot water and eating a lot Vegetables and you need to train 3 times a week

hey, I´m thinking of going to mma Training today, but I´m quit scared not to make it through the first Training xD. Like really scared xD, I haven´t really worked out through the entire summer, not even Swimming really! I went to kung fu before, but I heard that it will get more intense. So, what I want to ask. Should I do another Sport such as Thai boxen/ Muay Thai first to get into it, or just jump into mma? My Duration has decreased aswell, but I´m determined to do mma. I just don´t know if I´m ready…Yea, for the People going to mma, what would you recommend? Should I try another Sport, such as Muay Thai first, or just jump into mma? (Is it ok to not manage everything in the beginning?)

This video still stand to this day, I just had a practice and the instructor pretty much did these exercises and added his own few but good video and will be using this since the mma gym training is not geared for starters as they they drill you the first day and I was out for a week couldnt bend my arm to eat ect overkill instead of breaking you in properly so I'll keep going at home until I can keep up with a regular class
