Hello! thank you for this helpful video. By the way, I notice many people keep on talking about jumping manual known as Nobolaron Manual (search on google), but I'm not sure if it is good. Have you ever tried Nobolaron Manual? I've heard many incredible things about it and my work buddy finally can jump higher and dunk in basketball by using it, but he refuses to tell me: (
