@LAYITLOOSE Probably 4lbs. – 8lbs. Focus on high intensity and keep the weight a little lighter so that you can keep good speed and form.
If it doesn't challenge you, then it doesn't change you! If you have prior shoulder problems or inadequate strength then jumping push-ups are not for you. But if normal push-ups are easy for you, then this is a perfect way to shock your muscles into growth.

Yeah, it definitely works. Me and a few others during our deployment in iraq did this from time to time. Good to do for a few weeks, then change it up for a month to whatever other workout. Good to go back to every now and then. First time i did it I turned white out of exhaustion! I got bigger and so did the other guys. They got more cut while I just bulked up. It will get you in shape. Also add some push ups after the dips. Results are very good.
Im talking about the actual Daniel Craig workout not this guys routine. Sorry. Research the daniel craig workout and if you do what it says and eat right you will benefit greatly. Do it every other 4 weeks or so. Hope it works out for you! Oh I also added a routine that I got from Bruce Lee. Look up his stuff and get good ideas from that. Thats what I did to add to the D.C. Workout. Good luck!

this is good in addition to what ive been doing, but certainly not enough to get his results. Everyone check out jamesbondlifestyle – 's channel – theres 4 great workout videos that isolate the whole muscle groups, and an ab video and a lot of other videos that help you live like Bond in other ways like how to dress like him.

I am currently in a Kick-boxing class with a friend of mine, and we are noticing that it is making us very fit and at a good rate too (we also take some of the more recreational parts of the class,crunches, push ups and what not, and do them outside of class on our own time; do you think this would be a good additive workout to once a week in addition to the kickboxing class i do twice a week? I have noticed that one reason it is really helping is because of the all of the cardio in Kickboxing

It would be a shame for you not to bulk up when other normal people get stronger easily with Max Muscle Method (Google it).
The hardest part of the first exercise would have to be holding your arms straight. These exercises probably have a good burn afterwards.
