That will work for about 2 weeks, and then your body will adapt and you'll need something new 🙂

My Best Friend did that and he I believe he added to his pushups a week… he started with 100 pushups a day for a few weeks then added a hundred more each week or two and he got up to 2000 pushups a day.. some at night and some in the morning, but he went back down to like 1000 pushups a day because it was overwhelming to do 2000, but he's gained a massive amount of muscle because of what he did, his chest is big, his arms are big, and his back got big to.

Hi there, have you heard of "MuscLeader" (just search Google)? On their website you can watch a useful free video featuring how you can pack on notable muscles really fast whilst reducing body fat simultaneously. Fabian and many other guys enjoyed good success using this methodology. It may work for you as well.

Hey there, have you considered MUSCLEader" (just search Google)? There you can watch a nice free video explaining how you can start building notable muscle quickly while shedding body fat as well. Ryan or many other guys like him experienced great results because of this method. It might help you too.
