I'm keeping this :
Rather than getting discouraged by things in Yoga you cannot do, I say smile, enjoy that you have something to work towards. You can return to the video again, return to the body, return to the mat and say "What's up? What's it gonna be today?"
in my inspiration quotes bucket

I love the bit at the end where you said don't get discouraged, because it gives you something to look forward to. that really resonated with me, it's okay that I can't do everything yet, because that's what I'm working toward! thank you for all your high quality wonderful videos! <3

I power walked my first race today, a 10k over the Chesapeake Bay Bridge. I decided on the ride home that I would do this video when I got home. When you said, "You're awesome, you ran today," I felt so happy!

At the end there is a video recommended, with the blue rubber ribbon thing. However clicking on it doesn't do anything. Anyone care to share the name of that video please?

I’ve been following YWA for over 5 years now, and just wanted to express how grateful I am for this channel and for all your work Adriene. No matter how I’m feeling, anxious, stressed, sad, alone, tired after a run haha, doing a YWA session always helps to ground me and give me space to breathe. It’s been a really important part of my life, especially these last 2 years, so I just wanted to say a big thank you. A bit of a random video to post this on, but I wanted to put it out there. Much love to this community!
