Are reverse tricep pulldowns better at working the tricep rather than traditional tricep pulldowns?

@bobzero31 They are not better or worse, just different. Traditional pulldowns work the outside tricep more, where the reverse grip work the inside tricep more. Remember, the more variety, the better your results 🙂

@KozakSportsPerform i agree, tried the reverse grip tricep pulldown today and got a huge inner tricep pump, set of 10(25#s),8(35#s),8(45#s) & 6(55#s). Thank for letting me know about this grip. one of my two goals are to develop my triceps and this was a great addition to my tricep/chest routine.

Kozak, sorry to bomb you with questions, should i feel a intense stretch in my abs when doing dumbell pullovers? I was not feeling it in my lats or chest like i was in my abs, any suggestions or thoughts? I started with 50#s and felt a lot of pressure on the shoulders (i bent elbows to try and release pressure for the stretch) and lats then i dropped back to 40#s and started feeling an intense stretch on the abs.

@bobzero31 Dumbbell pullovers work your core, lats, and shoulder (not chest). Anytime an exercise works out multiple muscles then you are going to "feel it" most where you are weak. In short, you should be feeling it in your abs and it will hurt there more until your core strength catches up to your lat strength.
