Woo. Can't believe it's been 30 days! The Get in Shape program has been awesome. I feel so much fitter and stronger after such a short time, but still have a long way to go yet. Debating whether to repeat weeks 3 and 4 or on to 90 day program. Thanks again!

Man, your workouts are awesome! I've been doing them (30 days to six-pack abs) for a couple of weeks and I can already see some results. I've got only one question: is the workout as effective if I make small breaks between exercises (like 15-30 secs). It definitely helps me to catch my breath and I am able to do my best during the next exercise. Does my workout become less effective if I pause your video every once in a while?

my abs stopped responding at round 2. Kept at it anyways, but with an awful form.
Doing the 30 days challenge to get in shape (from the classic work out programs). This is week 4 and its starting to feel great !
