Hey Adriene & YWA Team- this channel is truly a gift in itself. It's been such a help to me over the past 7 months. I was wondering if you've ever considered doing a yoga video for grief? Especially around the holidays when for some it's not such a happy time, being without loved ones. Having been through a devastating loss recently, I noticed what a profound effect grief can have on the body. Yoga in general helps, but if you ever feel inclined to provide a specific sequence with commentary on the subject, that would be even more healing 🙂 love to you!
