I used to practice yoga a few times a week, but it's been at least a decade since I practiced regularly and I can tell. I found this channel looking for yoga for neck pain, and this is now the third short video I've done tonight. I absolutely love these videos! Usually I have problems sleeping, but I feel like I can cut out most of my unwinding routine after this. Thank you for all the great videos!

Ended up in a psychiatric ward after a really difficult few months and I want to thank you for keeping me going. I am bored and anxious a lot in here, but thankfully I always have a lot of time on my hands so doing these videos in the morning and evening has been really helpful to give me structure that isn’t horrible hospital food or doctors prodding at my brain. It’s like a break from being in this shithole

As a sceince student, my day has been so hectic with classes from morning till night and assignments and homework, i haven't had time for anything, but doing this practice makes me realise there is time. I just wasn't using it in a healthy way.

This is awesome! This is my first time to do bedtime yoga in my entire life and here in UK… I normally do my yoga at daytime in the Philippines… but now settling here in UK and adjusting my body…my whole being…. i really need to do this bedtime yoga. Thanks much..

I could do everything on the first try physically, but still feel stressed mentally. Struggling with anxiety and some really bad health problems at the moment. I hope yoga can help some. Thank you for your video, I can watch and learn from another part of the globe.

I've practiced this wonderful video close to two hundred times last year. Sometimes, if I have not had the chance to go for a walk or exercise I may even do a long good night session. That includes first  doing a movement/conditioning Yoga, to "stir up the pot" (Try Adriane's "Movement Medicine – Energy Practice"). Then, after this video here, meeting the night with a soft yet thoughtful meditation may be taking me to a beautifully relaxed sensibility. Try Mae's  "The Forest Glade | Guided Visualization | Sleep Talk Down". Good night, rest well.
