Thank you! I just started to work out (mid december) and your videos inspire me a lot! None of my friends care a lot about working out so these types of videos really help me 🙂 You are doing such a good work on teaching joy and patience (not sure on spelling). I just did a few excercises in the free weight section and I feel so proud. Thanks again!

Not worrying so much about what I’m eating (I don’t go overboard) is such a weird feeling. Almost feels too good to be true.

Your videos are so motivating.
I feel like at some point I've been more successful and working out was fun but now I'm not making progress anymore, I rather keep going back. I've realised that I'm losing muscle and feeling drained. Currently I work out almost everyday but most of the time I'm really frustrated because it doesn't work out as planned. There's a lack of energy and I didn't know where it came from but my mum kept telling me that I ate too little and that I should rest. Of course I didn't listen because I felt like it was the exact opposite, so eating too much, and that I'd lose muscle if I didn't work out. You see, I'm always pressuring myself and pushing myself too hard. Now that I've realised what I'm doing wrong and I want to follow your advice.
Thank you so much for your tips. They make me feel so much better!

You’re such an inspiration to me because I have been struggling with eating and restricting and just not enjoying life to its fullest and just looking up to you seeing you happy with training and enjoying life’s pleasures really helps me understand balance and listening to your bodies needs

I have struggled with every single one of these and it's depressed me more times than I can count. This video really helped me feel like I wasn't alone in these struggles, and it definitely gave me hope for the rest of my weightloss/fitness journey. I love watching your videos. You are relatable, informative, and you bring something fresh to the fitness community. Keep up the good work, and thank you! ❤

Really needed this today. Been at free weights and hiit and body weight calisthenics for almost years and while I’ve seen some progress im not getting as toned as i wanted to be at this point. Little bummed and frustrated and just have to remind myself to be patient

he first one was the main one for me… I started for looks, but now I like getting better at stuff. I like being able to do push-ups (not on my knees!). My next goal is to be able to do a pull-up. Natacha, you became my role model NOT for your looks (yes, you're gorgeous too… but there are more gorgeous fitness vloggers…), but because of the Navy Seals, US army and US marine fitness tests. It showed what a badass you are, and I want to be able to do that. Looks are nice, but it's not my main goal anymore…

I have been really sick for almost a year and in the meantime my body has changed completely. I have been really digging into my self discipline to get my life back together but sometimes it is just so hard and dissheartening to not recognise your body in the mirror. This helped so thank you so much.

Hearing you provide a new perspective, training for performance…it has changed my life… I have a goal… I want to be able to do an Elbow lever and the splits… so my workouts are structured around getting stronger to be able to do these moves… I'm not obsessed with the scale and I don't stand and obsess in front of the mirror. I know that I have a goal I'm trying to reach and that's my bench mark, not the way I look! Merci Natacha! <3

5- focus on body performance and its energy level ( everything is not about figure)
4- it's okay if you are not feeling motivated. Give your body a break . Start again with a lot of energy🔥🔥
3- food is your best friend. Don't hate it, eat it a lot to boost metabolism and for natural body functions and yes, for workouts. (Starving leads to fat saving not losing guys ….be smart )

2- if you want to be fit for whole of the life,. You need patience . It takes a lot of time to build up techniques and good performance.
1- don't worry about results , eating too much , skipping workouts etc. Workout to improve skills and performances not for instant results. Enjoying things is most important.
I really agree ❤️❤️ I follow this….. I love to kill myself in the morning with hiit or cardio and eat whenever I like and whatever I like but healthy version only .❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ She changed me a lot ❤️ with a lot of positive vibes

i workout everyday since it became a habit i was motivated but i didn't want to move, so i pushed myself and now i just do it without thinking twice but that doesn't mean its good to workout everyday you still need to give yourself a break, i personally do that once a week when i have no school but when i do i take lots of breaks due to studying, assignments and stuff but i still try and find time to workout for at least 30 minutes.

its not easy at first but once you do it for a long time it becomes a part of your life (i feel empty if i didn't workout so i simply dance, i hate sitting and doing nothing active since i can't get out of my house)

It's not that I don't want kids happy, but I thought it was funny how you didn't get off the swing right away while they waited. I would've done the same lol
