I found your Yoga videos while looking for an alternative to the typical workout. I am blessed with several health conditions that made working out extremely challenging. I had been close to passing out because of moving from standing to the floor (burpies are NOT possible for me). Still with fibromyalgia, chronic pain and fatigue, Degeneration of my cervical and lumbar spine, ADD, OCD, PTSD, IBS, etc. I NEED to strengthen without harming my body and mind. SSDI has yet to approve my application so free was also important.
Your charismatic and freestyle approach to teaching Yoga has inspired, and more importantly, strengthened my mind and body. I feel Yoga has allowed me to connect more fully to my body and my God.

CONGRATS!!!! I wish you could come to NYC. I think around the solstice or the time of NYC henge, there is a HUGE yoga practice in times square. If you could make that I would SO totally come and bring my mat with me!!! Your videos are such a great inspiration and love them! I'm excited I got my ticket to do yoga with Adriene at the Shrine! It will be on my birthday and I'm so looking forward to it! I've never done yoga in public before – only at home with Adriene on my TV screen – it will be a little nerve wracking, and I would never do it except that Adriene is so cool and inclusive. Thanks for coming to L.A. Adriene!! Now I have to shop for some yoga pants 'cause I can't wear my usual boxer-briefs attire in public! ha!
