I have never before been able to hold half split pose until this practice today. It's been such a wonderful journey for me mentally and physically practicing with you. I'm grateful for having discovered your videos and my passion for yoga.

“The Game” by Terry Schott. I’ve read the whole series multiple times. It reminds me that life is just a game and I should be playing it. That, and “The Secret” by Rhonda Byrne. All about the Law of Attraction. That book changed my life!

Today I‘m deeply impressed about how you can be so wise, recommending a grateful attitude in hard times, and have auch a great humour at the same time (already kept cracking up laughing yesterday when you suggested to lift by lying on small children 🤣)! Dune by Frank Herbert.and the next 5 books in the series is my fav syfi book. Lonesome Dove and any other book by Larry McMurtry.

Gratitude is the best attitude 😎 I am reading When Things Fall Apart by Pema Chodron! Great book on mindfulness and staying the present moment 🙂 it is a gift that is why it is called the present 🎁 💝 if you wrote a book Adriene I would totally read it 💕💋❤
