Thank you Adrienne! You've helped me lose 20 pounds and I feel AMAZING! I'm 54, I've been with you for almost a year. I'm in I fell much better than when I was doing Nautilus, or Zumba. I'm in better shape now than I was in my 20's so………thank you XOXO
This one is really a favourite! 💛
This was awesome! Suffer from psoas and glutes so this was pure class. You're very quirky but captivativating at the same time. Chapeau!
I cycle around 100 miles a week and find that this feels amazing! Definitely helps me to stretch out the areas I need to! Will be carrying this class on, thank you Adrienne!
love this one ! repeat often, especially after a long ride.
This session felt amazing, I'm often tense in the upper and lower back after road cycling rides and these are definitely great stretching yet active exercises that focus on the body as a whole. I love that. Thank you Adriene for everything you do and share with us! 🙂 <3 Namaste
This is so good
good stretch
I love cycling. I have discovered a love for yoga, thanks to you Adriene. xx ( PS I am a middle-aged married woman fast approaching 50 fabulous years who is getting stronger and more confident every time I get on my mat).
Awesome!! Peace & Love to all xx
Thanks, really great release after this. Can you do more for runners and cyclists in coming months. Always appreciate your work
This practice is exactly what my body needed today! Stretchy and activating! Thank you Adriene!
Is there an alternative for puppy? It never feels comfortable for me, I know I have tight shoulders.
What do you recommend as a companion practice to stretch QL and low back?
Finally doing this one after a cycling session and it feels so amazing!!! Cycling+this practice=*chef kiss
I love this practice! have done it several times!
I like it a lot! Thanks! Easy for unflexible men like me 😉
Today's practice is dedicated to reinvention!
hi Adrienne I'm Pamela. Love the hip massage!!
The most beautiful and fit body I've ever seen…you are the best adrien
What a great practice! Saved. I'm already feeling the pain relief in my lower back.
I am so greatful for the work you do! I definitely feel the love in it! Thank you so much!
It's zz time now but I am doing this tomorrow.
How this series just saved my hurted body in a middle of a 2 weeks intense bike trip. Thank you!
Thankyou so much Adriene. I love doing my yoga practice with your videos. You've really given me a lot through these videos. ❤️🙏
as a 36 year old who recently got back into riding BMX after 18 years, thank you for this. 🙏
This was wonderful, I rode 50 miles to and from a work meeting yesterday and I was feeling kind of tired and stiff. Thank you!
Amazing after a beautiful, long bike ride. Thank you Adrienne! As always you know exactly what is needed! Love it
Tried this for the first time before a 55km ride. Really seemed to reduce those aches and pains I normally get. A winner for me!
I not promise that I'll do the whole session… but def I'll try some…
Thank you Adrianne!!! This one is definitely on repeat for my active recovery day. I started to cycling more and every movements in this series, I feel the stretch.
This is the best! A yummy way to finish a bike ride 🙏
Hey, y'all! It's me again!
OH ya baby !! that felt so good thank you thank you thank you !!! 😉 espacially the massage at the end woot
Great practice. It hit all the key areas for cyclists, except for my quads. Did I miss that?
This video is so amazing! I'm a cyclist and triathlete and, as most cyclists and triathletes have done, I've had several crashes and some serious injuries. This routine has helped me regain so much strength and mobility and just feel better in my workouts and all day. Thank you so much for all the incredible content!
Great stretches and effective workout! My favorite part was at 20:48 with Adriene’s brief loss of balance paired with a very cool “woah!” Still chuckling over that. She’s the way coolest yoga instructor ever.
Great stretches perfect ! Thank you.
Bookmarked and added to my YWA favourites. I need to repeat this practice often or so my legs tell me. Thanks!
Hi Adriene, I am not exactly the super yogi but an enthusiastic cyclist and rower.I have been following your sessions ("neck & shoulder relief/upper body", "lower back pain" and of course "yoga for cyclists") with increasing enthusiasm for some time now, primarily for regular regeneration. These are great, thank you very much! – How about a new exclusive session "Yoga for Rowers"? That would be something, of course – absolutely fabulous !!! Sporty greetings from Switzerland and thanks again anyway Giancarlo
Brilliant. Thank you x
I think I just found my new favorite practice 🙂 This was amazing!
I am a physiotherapist and a cyclist and my own worst enemy when it comes to stretching, lol. At 58 I need to keep mobility a priority if I want to keep cycling and paddling. This is a beautiful sequence, thank you for sharing your experience so freely with your fans. You are much appreciated
I have done this session today for the first time and I feel great. I'm rather tight even though I do stretching every time after I ride the bike. But this seems to give me something more than just stretching. It's also the first time I do yoga in general. I can't wait to see how it goes as I repeat these exercises over the coming days. Thanks a lot for this amazing video.
Thank you so much, Adriene! I was looking forward to trying this tonight, first time, because I was soooo sore from my ride today – getting back on the bike and rebuilding. Excellent, thank you. Namaste.
