Adriene – I am absolutely loving all these short little yoga videos. It is a great way to boost in the morning or relax at night. It's nice to be able to do a short yoga practice but still listen to your calming voice and funny jokes! I am so absolutely grateful for you!! <3

A quick but NOURISHing and relaxing practice ❤️
Came to the mat with a bit of anxiety. Contract renewal time and a meeting about that today. A day ago, I was planning to return home in February. Now, after talking with family at home, I will extend here. Doing so means upwards of another year without seeing them, three in total. I hope we can meet during the year now that travel is easing. Still, that anxiety crept into this lovely practice, and I found myself having to take a step back, shift my body and return to presence, whenever Adriene's instructions met the tight corners of my practice space.

Been having a really bad night. A lot of trauma coming up, crying a lot- this really helped me do a little something good for myself and my body before i get down to sleep. I’m struggling a lot right now but i count this as a win
