Wow! I almost didn't do today's slated practice because I've been fighting a headache all day, but this was perfect. Everything I didn't know I needed! I feel much more open and content now, even if my headache is still there. Thank you once again, Adriene 💞

I am not feeling myself today but still arrived at the mat. It was hard today. A bit wobbly and I still cant get into camel pose. Will keep this practice saved though to try again another day.

Hello from the UK where a new Covid-19 variant has appeared leading to the government cancelling all the relaxation of restrictions for Christmas and putting London into a new tier 4, basically everything shut, go nowhere see no one! 💩We all need yoga. ❤️
A great workout, particularly the lower back, core and hamstrings. Deep Breathing = Deep Stretching.
It’s Christmas Eve ‘20 as I do this video. It’s lockdown all over Europe, and I’m feeling sad because my son couldn’t make it home due to flight difficulties. The moment Adriene said to connect to your heart, I just started sobbing, I kept on and happy I did because the moment she asked us to raise our left hand in the mudra, I felt a calm just wash over me. 🙏🏼
2020 is coming to an end. Can't wait to do the final class on New Year's Eve.
Doing HONOR. Today on cobbler's pose I massaged my feet even though Adriene didn't tell me to and it felt GREAT.

Adriene, I did this practice in December at the beginning of my yoga journey and the camel pose was way too much for me. Today, i revisited this video after doing daily practice for three months and i was successful in my camel!!! It's so great to be able to see the effects of sharing this time with you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
Was feeling super sluggish and tired today, but I know I will never regret doing a session with Adrienne so I got on my mat and did it! Now I feel so much more awake and better about myself (: Thank you as always

Camel brings so many things to mind. I lived in KSA for about a decade & the camel market in Hofuf had thousands of camels. Many people die from driving at night and hitting camels because they are so high up that you take their legs and they come right through the windshield – like moose in Canada. Anyhoo – more work to do get both hands on both heels at the same time. I shall endeavor to persevere. Now something I do everyday until "I am the camel, goo goo gajoob"
